Veterans Real Estate Benefits (VREB) Network and the MVP Heroes Housing Network, powered by VAREP.

I am fully supportive and fully committed to two Rewards programs offered by organizations I have been associated with since 2017.

First, the Veterans Real Estate Benefits (VREB) Network is a fabulous Rewards program for service members and Veterans.  I enroll all of my service member and Veteran clients in the VREB program at no cost to the client, and am able to provide significant Rewards after closing, whether the Veteran is buying or selling their home.  The Rewards vary based on the sale price of the home, but can be up to $7500.  Homes sold or purchased in the $400,000 range receive over $2000 in Rewards, homes sold at $600,000 receive over $4000 in Rewards.

Second, the MVP Heroes Housing Network was launched in 2025 by Veterans Association of Real Estate Professionals (VAREP - www.VAREP.org).  VAREP is a national non-profit Veteran Service Organization (VSO) and HUD-certified counseling organization with a mission to increase sustainable homeownership, financial literacy, VA Loan awareness, and economic opportunity for the Veteran and military communities.  The MVP Heroes Housing Network is similar to the VREB Network in providing Rewards to service member and Veteran clients.  However it is also available to First Responders (including police, firefighters, and EMS personnel), medical professionals, teachers, and civil servants.  The expanded eligible pool of Heroes eligible for MVP Heroes Housing Network Rewards provides a great opportunity to assist and reward other service-oriented clients working towards the American Dream of Homeownership.  The MVP HHN also provides financial contributions to Veteran wellness and suicide prevention programs under the Vet Cares Inc.
